GRE - Graduate Record Examinations

The Graduate Record Examinations (GRE), revised General Test and Subjects are taken by individuals applying to graduate programs in Natural sciences, engineering, social sciences, humanities and arts, education, business, or other fields. GRE scores are used by admissions or fellowship panels to supplement undergraduate grades or other qualifications for graduate study.

For tests proctored by Miami Dade College for external vendors, under certain circumstances, arrangements for auxiliary aids and modifications may be available to students. For these tests, auxiliary aids and modifications are subject solely to the testing vendors availability, policies and approval.

Instructions for Auxiliary Aids and Modifications:

  1. Candidate sends documentation to test vendor.
  2. Test vendor evaluates the candidate's documentation.
  3. Test vendor determines the candidate's test accommodations.
  4. Test vendor informs candidate of accommodations and schedules test.

Test vendor informs Testing Center of candidate's accommodations and sends test materials for test day.

No retest procedure available.
