Dual-Enrollment

STEM Wave introduces partner high school students to dual enrollment which allows them to earn college credit while continuing their high school studies simultaneously. Dual enrollment students are exempt from paying tuition, fees, and books. The credit that they earn will allow them to accelerate their path to a college degree or certificate while saving money.

Experiential Learning

STEM Wave provides opportunities for students to participate in experiential learning trips to STEM-related locations such as:

  • Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex
  • Patricia & Phillip Frost Science Museum
  • Artificial Intelligence Center at Miami Dade College, Wolfson Campus
  • Eig-Watson School of Aviation
  • Bill Sadowski Park & Nature Center
